Easy, Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of the delivery date. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odor, fragrance, hair, stains, or damages. Please return items in the original packaging sleeve (clear bag), and return hats in the box it came in to avoid damages. Return shipping postage is deducted from the refund amount.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3 business days for processing. After inspection, we will notify you via the email address associated with the order. Refunds (minus the return shipping postage) will be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If your return is denied due to unacceptable condition of the product, or if longer than 30 days has passed, the item(s) will be sent back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
